Investigation & Root Cause Analysis

This course is designed for personnel who may take a role in gathering evidence or assisting in an investigation into any kind of incident. It will embed the fundamentals of some of the key tools used during investigations, such as event mapping, process analysis, main areas of evidence gathering, and witness interviewing.
